Exchange & Return

Book Bites offers a very flexible Return & Exchange policy. If customer is not satisfied with the order, they can easily return/exchange the product using our website.
The thing we want is:
Product has to be in original & unused state. Request has to be raised within 24 Hours of delivery. In case of exchange if the new product is of higher cost then remaining amount will be charged tp the customer and in case new product is of lower cost then remaining amount will be refunded to customer account within 7 working day’s after the completion of entire process.
There are 2 way’s to return the product :
1) Pick Up : In most locations we offer pick up, you will see pick option when you submit return request. During pick up our delivery agent may check for the quality of return item. Return transit charges has to be paid by customer.
2) Self Ship : In locations where we do not have pick up service, customer will have to ship the product at their own expense.

Any damaged

Used Products

Any product which is highlighted with No Exchange or No Return or in Sale
Cancellation Policy :
Customer can cancel an order when it is in packed/unshipped status also as long as the cancel options is available on website. This includes items purchased on sale also.
Modification Policy of Shipping address :
Customer can modify shipping address till that time when status is in Processed state by updating in change address options which is available in My Order section.
Refund Timelines :
Refund will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the product and QC completed.
